Dr. Joana Gonçalves

Dr. Joana Gonçalves is a Family Doctor who has been caring for people throughout her life and considers this continuity to be one of the most fascinating aspects of General and Family Medicine. She has a special interest in Geriatrics, is currently studying for a Master's degree in Geriatrics and is a member of the Elderly Health Study Group of the Portuguese Association of General and Family Medicine (APMGF). She believes that healthy ageing should be within everyone's reach. In her clinical practice, she seeks to provide local care, prioritising a holistic approach and developing a personalised care plan together with each patient.
